Calf injured on Ibsley Common

A resident whose calves graze on Ibsley Common has reported that one of the calves has had the end of its tail pulled off, which potentially could have been by a dog attack.  The injury happened between late evening on Thursday 3 October and before 7.45am  on Friday 4 October. The incident has been reported by the resident to the Verderers, Police, National Trust and the Dog Warden.

Please can all dog owners remember not to let their dogs out of their sight and avoid grazing livestock when walking on the Commons.
